Enter the 1st point in the tilt compensation range in the Tilt
Compensation P1 Input field, and then touch the [Enter] key.
The P1 enterable range is as shown below.
0.00 to 99.99mm (in the units of 0.01mm)
TIP When the P1 value is set to 0.00mm, the
beginning of a measured profile becomes the
start point of the tilt compensation range.
For information about how to enter a numeric
value, refer to “2.2 Outline of the Touch
Panel Inputting numeric values”.
The Tilt Compensation Arbitrary Setting Input screen is
restored.
Touch the [P2] button.
The Tilt Compensation P1 Input screen will appear.
Enter the 2nd point in the tilt compensation range in the Tilt
Compensation P2 Input field, and then touch the [Enter] key.
The P2 enterable range is as shown below.
0.00 to 99.99mm (in the units of 0.01mm) as tilt compensa-
tion setting
NOTE The P2 value must not be less than the P1
value.
TIP If the P2 value is larger than the evaluation
length, the end of a measured profile be-
comes the end point of tilt compensation.
For information about how to enter a numeric
value, refer to “2.2 Outline of the Touch
Panel Inputting numeric values”.
The Tilt Compensation Input screen is restored.
