Advance to step 9 if tilt compensation is performed in two
sections, and advance to step 13 if it is not performed in two
sections.
Touch the [P3] button.
The Tilt Compensation P3 Input screen will appear.
Enter the 3rd point in the tilt compensation range in the Tilt
Compensation P3 Input field, and then touch the [Enter] key.
The P3 enterable range is as shown below.
0.00 to 99.99mm (in the units of 0.01mm) as tilt compensa-
tion setting
NOTE The P3 value must not be less than the P2
value.
TIP For information about how to enter a numeric
value, refer to “2.2 Outline of the Touch Panel
■ Inputting numeric values”.
The Tilt Compensation Input screen is restored.
Touch the [P4] button.
The Tilt Compensation P4 Input screen will appear.
