Enter the 4th point in the tilt compensation range in the Tilt
Compensation P4 Input field, and then touch the [Enter] key.
The P4 enterable range is as shown below.
0.00 to 99.99mm (in the units of 0.01mm) as tilt compensa-
tion setting
NOTE The P4 value must not be less than the P3
value.
TIP • If the P2 value is larger than the evaluation
length, the end of a measured profile be-
comes the end point of tilt compensation.
• For information about how to enter a numeric
value, refer to “2.2 Outline of the Touch
Panel ■ Inputting numeric values”.
The Tilt Compensation Input screen is restored.
Touch the [Enter] button.
The tilt compensation range is loaded, and the Measure-
ment Condition Setup screen is restored.
Touch the [RE-CAL] button.
Recalculation is performed and the Home screen is
restored.
