5. MODIFYING THE MEASUREMENT CONDITIONS
■ Special range specification
This icon button is used to perform tilt compensation processing of a mean line throughout
the sampling length when the special P profile or W profile (without specification of f/fL) is
selected. Do not usually select this specification unless otherwise necessary.
TIP When the [Special] button is selected, tilt compensation is performed throughout the
sampling length.
