Touch the [SHIFT] button on the Home screen.
The current screen is switched to the 2nd Home screen.
Touch the [STAT] button on the screen.
The Statistical Condition Setup screen will appear.
Touch the [Number of samples] button.
The Number of Samples Input screen will appear.
Enter the number of samples (objective number of measure-
ments for statistical processing) in the field for inputting the
number of samples, then touch the [Enter] button.
Returns to the Statistical Conditions Setup screen.
