NOTE If a calibration error results, retry the calibration
measurement. If the error persists, refer to
“Chapter 12 TROUBLESHOOTING”.
Calibration measurement of the roughness specimen is
performed and a bar is displayed indicating the progress.
After the calibration measurement has been completed, a
bar is being displayed indicating the calculation is in
progress. The Detector returns to its original position.
Upon completion of the calculation, the measured result is
displayed.
