203: “Lower door open”. Lower door (outer) is
not closed.
Close lower door.
204: “Read plate position
empty”.
No plate is present in
the Read position.
Place appropriate plate in
the Read position.
205: “Source 1 plate
position empty”.
No plate is present in
the Source 1 position.
Place appropriate plate in
the Source 1 position.
206: “Source 2 plate
position empty”.
No plate is present in
the Source 2 position.
Place appropriate plate in
the Source 2 position.
207: “Source 3 plate
position empty”.
No plate is present in
the Source position.
Place appropriate plate in
the Source 3/Tip Loading
position.
229: “Attempting to read a
source only plate. Please
assign a read plate to the
read position, or if it is a
read plate, go to TOOLS,
PLATE LIBRARY and define
the mask positions using
the appropriate yellow
plate.”
