Possible Issues:
An alternate Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) image
is present but it is corrupt and failed to boot.
The EE Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) checksum failure occur-
red.
There is a mismatch between the FPGA version and the
NVM version.
