How to Replace the Dot-Matrix Journal Printer Print Head

11 Turn the knob on the cassette in the direction of the arrow to
tighten the ribbon.
12 Replace the protective cover on the rear of the printer.
13 Switch on the ATM power.
14 Wait for the operator display to come back on (this may take up
to 5 minutes after switching the power on).
15 Push the printer back into the ATM until it clicks into place.
16 Follow your in-house procedures to indicate that you have
fixed, without replacing, the journal printer mechanism.
17 If your ATM does not have the auto-supervisor option, press the
switch on the operator panel to the normal position.
18 Close and lock the exterior of the ATM.
