Clearing Printer Jams

To clear a jam, proceed as follows:
1 Open the exterior of your ATM.
2 If your ATM does not have the auto-supervisor option, press the
switch on the operator panel to the supervisor position.
3 Access the statement printer as described in Chapter 1, ‘Getting
Started’.
Paper jams in the printer could occur in the areas identified in the
illustration below
4 To clear a jam in the front transport area, gently free the paper
and ease it out. Jams in this area will be clearly visible and can
be easily removed.
