If this error message is displayed, a cheque could be jammed in the
following areas:
● Between the endorser track guide and the capture bin track
guide
● In the capture bin track guide
● At the entry to the power pocket bin
● Between the endorser track guide and the open bin
● At the entry to the open bin.
If a cheque is jammed in these areas, proceed as follows.
1 Depending on configuration, open the endorser track guide, the
capture bin track guide and the cheque bin as described in
previous steps.
2 Remove any jammed cheques.
3 Close the endorser track guide, the capture bin track guide and
the cheque bin as described in previous steps.
