The indication of a currency dispenser jam will be an error message.
To clear a currency jam proceed as follows:
1 Open the exterior of the ATM.
2 If your ATM does not have the auto-supervisor function, press
the switch on the operator panel to the supervisor position.
3 Open the security enclosure.
4 Access the currency dispenser, as described in Chapter 1,
‘Getting Started’.
5 The procedures for clearing a jam depend on where the jam is
within the dispenser. An error description will indicate where
the jam is. The following table describes the procedure to follow
for each error message.
