Between the Main
Transport and the Garage
Unit or Cash Cassettes

If the jam is located at the connection between the main transport
unit and the garage unit or cassettes, proceed as follows:
Note: Do not try to rack out the garage unit when the main cash
acceptor module is racked out. The main module must be pushed in
first.
1 If a jam is located between the cassettes in the garage unit, open
the garage unit door by pulling the top of the green metal latch.
2 Using the handle at the end of the garage inner unit, fully pull
out the cassette tray until the lock release lever clicks and locks it
open.
Warning: To avoid injury, take special care when handling the cassettes as
they can be heavy.
