Clearing Jams in the Cash Acceptor

3 Remove the cash and then close the reject unit by pushing
backwards until the latch clicks and locks into its home position.
Feed Unit

1 If the jam is located in the feed unit, pull open and hold down
the metal door.
2 Turn the green knob to move the jammed cash backwards or
forwards.
3 Remove the cash and close the door. The cash may move down
into the vertical feed transport. See next section.
Vertical Feed Transport

1 If the jam is located in the vertical feed transport, lift up the
green pin-latch and pull down the transport.
Note: The illustration above shows where the pin-latch is
located on the module. In some terminal variants the pin-latch
may not be clearly visible because of the rails and slides which
support the cash acceptor.
