Autodiscrimination
The 7893 can decode a variety of barcodes. The ability to differentiate the various barcode
types is a standard feature of the 7893. The following is a list of the different barcode types:
 UPC–A and UPC–E
 UPC–A and UPC–E with two-digit Add-on Symbols
 UPC–A and UPC–E with five-digit Add-on Symbols
