Alarms for Binary Inputs
An alarm for Binary Input points will be raised when the "current state" returned in the Status attribute bit 6 differs from the "normal state" stored in the
Configuration attribute bit 1. The alarms have to be "enabled" for this to occur (bit 3 of the Configuration attribute).
