Network Setting Plug-in
This plug-in makes it possible to configure
network settings with Configuration Tool. Before
configuring settings, install the Network Setting
plug-in.

Icon Types
The meaning of each icon is described below.
Icon Description
Search for the printer again.
Change search criteria.
Change the printer IP address.
Re-start the printer.
Change the network password.
Display the specified printer web
page.

To search for the printer on a
network
You can use the procedure below to search for
the printer.

On the [Plug-ins] menu, select [Network
Setting].

Select [Discover Devices].
This will display the search results.

To specify search criteria

On the [Plug-ins] menu, select [Network
Setting].

Select [Environment Settings].

Specify search criteria as required, and
then click [OK].

To change the printer IP address
You can use the procedure below to change the
printer IP address.

In the printer list, select a printer.

Click .

Modify settings as required.

Click [Setup].

Enter the network password, and then
click [OK].
The initial factory default password is the
last six numerical digits of the MAC address.

Click [OK] to restart the printer.
