Changing the Display Mode
Status Monitor has multiple display modes that
you can change.

Icon display

Click the [Preferences] tab in the
advanced display screen.

Select [Display icon only] under
[Minimized View].

[Display icon only] is selected as the initial default.

Click [-] in the title bar.

The icon appears on the taskbar.

Place the mouse cursor over the icon to display the
status of the printer in a tooltip.

Advanced display

Double-click the Status Monitor icon on
the taskbar.

The screen switches to the advanced
display screen.
