9. Slide out the two flat cables from the respective connectors (2) on the printhead.

WARNING: when reassembling the flat cable on the printhead,
check that the path indicated in the figure has been
restored and that it does not interfere with the
ribbon rewind gears which could cause irreparable
damage to this during machine operation.
