INTAKE MANIFOLD INSTALLATION
1. Position new manifold in place, making sure the
intake runners are seated in the manifold boots.
2. Install Intake Manifold Mounting Bolt

at
transmission mounting bracket loosely.
3. Align intake boot hose clamps to orientation noted
during removal.
4. Tighten intake boot hose clamps. Torque to spec.
TORQUE
Intake Boot Clamp:
17 lb-in (2 Nm)
5. Torque Intake Manifold Mounting Bolt to specification.
TORQUE
Intake Manifold Mounting Bolt :
22 lb-ft (30 Nm)
6. Install electrical harness to engine and plug in Fuel
Injectors

, TMAP sensor

and Throttle Body

.
7. Connect Turf Mode connector
r
.
8. Connect Transmission
t
, CPS Switch connector
y
and Speed Sensor
u
.
9. Secure harness mounting clips in mounting tabs.
10.Verify the fuel line connection is clean and free of
debris. Place the fuel line back over the fitting and
slide the connector locking mechanism

back into
place. Verify the connector tabs snap back into place
by pulling out lightly on connector.
