WINCH REMOVAL / INSTALLATION (PKG
ONLY)
1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable from the battery.
2. Remove the fasteners that hold the fairlead to the
front bumper.
3. Remove the front bumper. Refer to “Front Bumper
Removal”page 10.28 procedure.
4. Remove the blue and yellow cables to the winch
motor.
5. Remove the fasteners holding the winch to the frame
and remove the winch.
6. For installation, reverse removal procedure and
torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Winch Fasteners:
25 lb-ft (34 Nm)
