Fusing/Exit Motor error

The Fusing/Exit Motor LOCK
signal is not detected for the
duration of one second after the
motor START signal is sent.
• Fusing/Exit Motor connecter is not
connected correctly.
• Fusing/Exit Motor torque is too high or
too low.
• Fusing/Exit Motor is defective.
Fan error 1: fusing fan motor

The BCU does not receive the
lock signal 5 seconds after the
fusing unit fan switches on.
• Fusing unit cooling fan disconnected,
defective
• BCU defective
Fan error 2: fusing fan motor

The lock signal remained HIGH for 5 sec.
while the fan at the front of the fusing unit
near the heat dissipation fins was operating.
