The HIGH VOLTAGE indicator will light up when
an output terminal is active. Only after the test
has finished or stopped will the indicator turn off.

The HIGH VOLTAGE terminal output is used for
outputting the testing voltage. The terminal is
recessed for safety. This terminal is used in
conjunction with the RETURN terminal.
WARNING
USE EXTREME CAUTION.
Do not touch the HIGH VOLTAGE terminal during testing.
