How to Install the Vacuum Filter Set
The vacuum function is provided to suction debris, etc., to keep the
interior of the chamber clean.
The vacuum head connection hose is connected to the vacuum hose
attachment port on the blade holder to suction debris on the stage while
sectioning the specimen. Additionally, the hose can be changed with
the supplied debris suction hose to clean the interior of the chamber.
1. Connect the connection port on the vacuum unit to the
instrument-side connection port in the chamber [1].
Using the connected part [1] as the axis, put the vacuum filter set on
the vacuum filter setting base [2].
2. Connect the vacuum head connection hose to the pre-filter hose
connection port [3].
3. Connect one side of the connected hose to the vacuum hose
attachment port on the blade holder [4].
