FINE Mode Screen
In the FINE mode, final shaving is performed to the set section thickness.
Motorized sectioning can be performed 30 times consecutively. To continue sectioning beyond that, press
the start button again.
The section thickness can be changed in this mode.
The chamber temperature and specimen head temperature in the temperature setting mode selected on
the SECTION Tab become effective.
To change these temperatures, change them in the FREE mode or Temperature Setting 1/2 mode.

Press this button to select and switch to the "TRIM," "FINE" or "PAUSE" mode.

Section thickness setting button
Press this button to change the thickness to be used when sectioning. Refer to p. 1-30 for details.
