Motorized Sectioning Tab Screen (DM only)
PAUSE Mode Screen
In the PAUSE mode, final shaving is performed to the set section thickness, just like in the FINE mode, but
you can pause the sectioning every time the preset sectioning end position is reached, before the section is
cut off. Refer to p. 1-35 for information on how to change the stop position.
The section thickness and sectioning end position can be changed in this mode.
The chamber temperature and specimen head temperature in the temperature setting mode selected on
the SECTION Tab become effective.
To change these temperatures, change them in the FREE mode or Temperature Setting 1/2 mode.

Motorized sectioning mode selection button
Press this button to select and switch to the "TRIM," "FINE" or "PAUSE" mode.

Section thickness setting button
Press this button to change the thickness to be used when sectioning. Refer to p. 1-30 for details.

Sectioning end position adjustment button
You can adjust the position at which to stop the sectioning before the section is cut off. Refer to p. 1-35
for details.
