Tuning Tab Screen
The [TUNING] Tab Screen lets you set the vacuum suction force, home position offset, and temperatures in
temperature setting mode 1 or 2.

Suction 100% setting button
Pressing this button fixes the suction output value to 100%. Either this button or the desired suction
force setting button can be selected at a time. Refer to p. 1-36 for details.

Suction force setting button
The suction force can be adjusted by setting a desired value in 5% increments between 5 and 100.
Either this button or the desired suction force setting button can be selected at a time. Refer to p. 1-36
for details.

Home position offset setting button
You can set how much to offset the specimen head home position when moving to the home position
following the pressing of the home position key. Refer to p. 1-34 for details.

Temperature setting 1 button/temperature setting 2 button
You can preset/change the chamber temperatures and specimen head temperatures in the
"Temperature Setting 1" mode and "Temperature Setting 2" mode selectable on the SECTION Tab.
Refer to p. 1-32 for details.
