If the window is open, close the window. Clean
the gasket contacting the window, if dirty. If the
problem persists, contact the Sakura authorized

The ozone port got clogged.
The ozone sensor reacts although
the ozone lamp is not lit.
Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.
The ozone sensor does not react
although the ozone lamp is lit.
Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.
The window is open at the start of
ozone cycle.
If the window is open, close the window. If the
problem persists, contact the Sakura authorized

Open the window fully and then close the
window. If the problem persists, contact the
Sakura authorized distributor.
Unable to Unlock the Window.
Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.
Ozone was detected not during
ozone cycle.
Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.
Ozone was not detected after the
ozone lamp remained lit for a
specified period of time.
This error may occur when a lot of acetone or
alcohol is used. Wait for a while and perform
ozone cycle. If the problem persists, contact the
Sakura authorized distributor.
CHUCK HOME POSITION
ERROR
An error occurred searching for the
specimen head home.
Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.
POSITION ERROR
An error occurred searching for the
handwheel home with the motor
running.
Motorized sectioning cannot be performed, but
manual sectioning can be performed. Check the
operating location for any obstruction. Perform
motorized sectioning again. If the problem is
repeated, contact the Sakura authorized
Obstruction, such as shavings. in or
around the chuck head and/or
Check for obstruction and remove if any. If the
problem persists, contact the Sakura authorized
WHILE IN MOTION
The handwheel lock tab was
engaged during motorized
Disengage the handwheel lock tab.
An emergency stop was actuated
with the emergency stop button.
Release the emergency stop button.
Fan operation error was detected.
Contact the Sakura authorized distributor.
A blown fuse was detected.
