ThedistancemeasuringdeviceisttedwithtwoEthernetports.Theseare
for communication via PROFINET IO, and for diagnostics and parameteriza-
tion via SOPAS ET. The two interfaces are of equal status and are internally
connected to a switch.

Parameters congured using Ethernet (SOPAS ET) are
overwritten with the PROFINET IO parameters as soon as
the device is incorporated into a PROFINET network.
