This softkey enters the block number from the cursor position. When the
SELECT program function is used to choose the name of the program, the
block number is taken from the default setting in the "Editor settings" input
screen. The next time you press the GENERATE BLOCK NUMBER softkey,
the block number is generated from the entry in the "Block number difference"
field.
The softkey SAVE TO DISK and (in the softkey bar extension with the ETC
key)
The softkey SAVE UNDER are used to save the edited program on the hard
disk.
This function is described in the Section Machine (SAVING PROGRAMS).
Note
If the edited part program already exists in the target workpiece, this program
is overwritten on the hard disk. If you want to keep the version in the
workpiece, duplicate the part program, i.e. you insert it on the hard disk under
another name (duplicate function).
Instead of this, you can change the name of the part program in the NC part
program memory before saving in the overview displays main progr./subprogr.
by means of the RENAME function.
When you press this softkey, the dialog message "Option not available"
appears.
