TRACK OVERVIEW
The Track function is always active, but can be invisible with ticking on the Hide active Track
checkbox
Track data is recorded within the time interval defined by a user. The period can be set from
0.1 to 15 days
REMARK
To access the Ship Properties dialogue either click right on the ship’s icon or press the
button on the toolbar.
The Ship parameter window is displayed.
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
Switch Add a point when the ship’s course changes more than ON and enter a value in
degree (an angle) in order to control more efficiently the track recording as and when the
course changes.
A track is a set of points recorded from the ship’s positions at regular interval. The
tracks can be
saved
on the hard disk and
historical tracks can be loaded
and displayed on the chart on request.
Recording additional information with the track is possible with
Track Properties
facilities and a
route can be created
from an historical track.
SAVING TRACKS
To save the selected track, right click on the track and select the Properties item from the
menu. Then select the Save tab.
