WEATHER TIME
When file is loaded the date and hour are displayed at the time bar. The slider position set the
exact point within the forecast period.
The clock button sets the current time.
The date and hour can be set with calendar and slider.
WEATHER ANIMATION
Use the switch button to play and to stop animation.
