OPTIONS
To effect changes to the settings of the console, the time, the route parameters or the security
click on the Options icon .
The Options dialogue box has with 4 tabs:
• Console: to customize the console layout
• Time: to adjust ECDIS local time and chart time
• Route: to select the route parameters by default. For more details see Chapter Route
paragraph
• Back up: to back up and restore user data.
OPTION CONSOLE
Data acquired from sensors connected to ECDIS is displayed in the console area together with
additional ECDIS tools. The layout of the console area can be adjusted according to available
sensors and selected tools according to OOW preferences and task at hand.
