SLE5000/SLE4000 Infant Ventilator
The warnings on pages 24 to 27 must be read and understood before
using the SLE5000/SLE4000 ventilator. Failure to do so could lead to
injury or death of the patient.
1 WE RECOMMEND THE VENTILATOR BACK-UP POWER SUPPLY IS
FULLY CHARGED PRIOR TO USE: Page 68.
2 PERFORM THE PRE-USE TEST: Page 64.
3 SETUP THE VENTILATOR IN THE CHOSEN MODE: Page 84.
4 THE VENTILATOR IS READY FOR USE.
