PREPARATIONS
CONNECTING THE POWER CABLE
1 Make sure the power switch of the instrument is OFF.
2 Remove the inlet cover.
3 Connect the power cable to the instrument body.
4 Replace the inlet cover.
5 Plug the power cable into a 3-pin AC outlet with grounding.
WARNING
To avoid fire and electric shocks by short circuiting, be sure to
connect the instrument into a grounded outlet.
CAUTION
To avoid electrical shock, do not handle the power plug with
wet fingers.
Make sure you can see the mark "O"
(it shows power is OFF).
