916 IP Configuration
Prerequisite Program: None
This program displays Network Communication IP address configuration. This program applies to the
Strata CTX Network (NIC) jack connection only. It does not apply to the CTX maintenance modem. To
change TCP/IP settings see “Step 2B: Set Up IP Address of CTX NIC” on page 3-7.
1. From the Program Menu, click Operation >
IP Configuration.
2. The following Strata CTX default address
displays:
• IP Address – a.b.c.d
where a.b.c.d = 0~255. This IP Address is
for the NIC/Ethernet only. (default =
192.168.254.253).
• 192.168.255.254 is the Strata CTX
modem fixed IP address for Dial-up
connections. Do not enter this IP address
on this screen.
• Subnet Mask – e.f.g.h
where e.f.g.h = 0~255 (default =
255.255.255.0). Octet “h” in SubNet
Mask cannot be the same as octet “d” in
the IP address.
• Default Gateway (default = 0.0.0.0).
3. Select another program from the Program Menu.
