Carrier Tape Low System Alarm
If the Tapers Low Carrier Tape Sensor detects that
the carrier tape supply has fallen below the preset
minimum level, it will trigger a Low Carrier Tape sys-
tem alarm.
When the Low Carrier Tape system alarm is activated, tape advance stops, a beep sounds and a
warning appears on the HMI.
If the carrier tape reel is empty, load a fresh reel of carrier tape. If the carrier tape is jammed,
clear the jam and ensure that the carrier tape is loaded correctly and feeding into the Taper cor-
rectly. Press CONTINUE to clear the error message, then press Start to continue operation.
