Dual 24 Volt Power Supply
Replacing the dual 24 volt power supply involves removing the left side
cover, disconnecting wiring harnesses, and removing the power supply
chassis. Installing a new power supply reverses the process.
Tools Needed
e Phillips screwdriver
* 7mm nut driver.
Remove the Dual 24 Volt Power Supply
1. Turn off the AC Main Switch, located on the rear panel.
Unplug the power cord connector from the wall receptacle.
Remove the left side cover.
Disconnect the wiring harness (refer to Figure 11-2).

Remove two hex nuts (M4), two lock washers, and two flat washers to
release the power supply chassis from the console.
6. Slide the power supply and its chassis out the left side of the console.
7. Remove the power supply and its chassis from the console.
Install the Dual 24 Volt Power Supply
1. Replace the power supply in the console.
2. Slide the power supply and its chassis into the console.
3. Replace the two hex nuts (M4), two lock washers, and two flat washers
to fasten the power supply to the console.
Connect the wiring harness. Refer to Figure 11-2.
Replace the left side cover.
Plug the power cord connector into a wall receptacle.
