Ordering Replacement Parts
When ordering replacement parts for the console, include this
information:
* Model number (located on the label on the CUSA system rear panel)
* Serial number (located on the label on the CUSA system rear panel)
+ Part number.
When ordering replacement parts for the handpiece, include the serial
number (located on the handpiece connector).
Replace all components with parts of identical construction and value.
Replacement part ratings and tolerances must be equal to, or better than,
original. Substituting lower grade parts can adversely affect system
performance.
