Control Panel

Rotation Lock Handle
This handle releases the control panel, allowing it to swivel and lock into
one of four positions:
e Straight forward
e 45º right
ο. 45° left
e 90° left.
Housing for Irrigation Pump Head and Suction Pinch Valve
Refer to pages 4-2 and 4-3.
I.V. Pole
Refer to pages 4-2 and 4-3.
I.V. Pole Release Button
This button releases the I.V. pole, allowing you to raise it or lower it.
Arm and Arm Housing
Refer to pages 4-2 and 4-3.
Arm Release Tab
This tab releases a lock that holds the arm in three vertical positions.
Cooling Water Reservoir
This container holds cooling water to be continuously circulated through
the handpiece. The reservoir holds 1000 cc of distilled water.
A dlear panel, which runs vertically up the side, allows you to see the
water level inside the reservoir.
The reservoir also includes fittings that snap into receptacles inside the
Arm Housing on the console side panel. The fittings and receptacles
automatically connect the reservoir to the cooling water system.
