Install
the
Suction
Control
Valve
in
the
Console
1.
Install
the
manifold
bracket
in
the
console:
a.
Position
the
manifold
bracket
in
the
console.
b.
Replace
two
hex
bolts
(M5)
and two
lock
washers,
securing
the
manifold
bracket
to
the
frame.
Secure
the
strain
relief
bushing
for
suction
pump
motor
wires
in
the
manifold
bracket.
Connect
the
18-in.
ID
tube
to
the
left
end
of
the
control
valve
and
secure
the
tube
with
one
cable
tie.
Connect
the
3/8
in.
suction
tube
and
clamp
to
the
contamination
guard
90°
elbow
located
above
the
right
end
of
the
suction
control
valve,
Install
the
Suction
Pump
Enclosure
and
Clase
the
Suction
Chamber
1.
Replace
the
suction
pump
enclosure:
a.
Carefully
insert
the
enclosure
into
the
left
side
of
the
console.
b.
Slightly
lean
the
enclosure
toward
the
back
of
the
console
so
that,
as
you
slide
the
enclosure
into
the
console,
the
enclosure
will
clear
other
components.
с.
Replace
two
screws
(M4
Phillips)
and
two
lock
washers
(M4)
on
each
end
of
the
enclosure.
Replace
the
right
end
of
the
suction
pump
chamber
by
replacing
four
screws
(M4
Phillips)
and
four
lock
washers
(M4).
Replace
the
left
end
of
the
suction
pump
chamber
by
replacing
four
screws
(M4
Phillips)
and
four
lock
washers
(M4).
Return
the
arm
and
control
head
to
normal
position.
Connect
the
suction
control
valve
to
the
ultrasonics
PCB
(J7).
Replace
the
left,
right,
and
rear
covers.
Plug
the
power
cord
connector
into
the
wall
receptacle.
Turn
on
the
AC
Main
Switch,
located
on
the
rear
panel.
