2.3 SCR Usual Operation (Tier III)
While the SCR operates in the usual load range, the full exhaust mass flow goes
through the SCR reactor. Valves V1 and V2 are fully open. Valve V3 is fully closed,
see Fig. 5.
The System operates valves V4 to decrease sudden changes in scavenge air
pressure.
The remaining valves stay closed.
