WARNING

sufficient personnel to lift
and move the crosshead
pin.
31) Attach the two lifting eye bolts
(94045-M56, Fig. 6) to the guide shoe
(1).
32) Attach the shackle (94019L, Fig. 7) to
the column on the other side.
33) Attach the second manual ratchet
(94016-015) to the shackle (94019L) on
the column.
34) Attach the lower hooks (1) of the two
manual ratchets (940016-015) to the
two upper shackles (2) of the lifting tool
(94337) on connecting rod.
35) Attach the lower hook of the spur
-geared chain block (94017-051) to the
shackle of the lifting tool (94324).
36) Apply light tension to the chains of the
two manual ratchet (94016-015). Make
sure that the primary load stays on the
chain of the spur-geared chain block
(94017-051).
37) Use the spur-geared chain block
(94017-051, Fig. 8) to carefully lift the
crosshead about x= 300 mm above the
pin hole center (1).
38) Attach the chains of the two
spur-geared chain block (94017-040) to
the two lifting eye bolts (94045-M56)
Note: If necessary, install the supports
(94332A / 94322) for one
crosshead; i.e, do the steps 39) to
44).

equipment or sufficient
personnel to lift and move
the supports.
