e) Do the steps a) to d) for the
second support on the other side
of the column.
49) Use the spur-geared chain block
(94017-051, Fig. 12) and the two
spur-geared chain blocks (94017−040)
to carefully lower the crosshead to the
working height.
Note: Make sure that the primary load
stays on the chain of the
spur-geared chain block
(94017-051).
50) Remove the two bolts, tab washers and
holding plates (1, Fig. 13) from the
guide shoe (2).
51) Attach the two lifting eye bolts
(94045-M20) to the chain (94325) to
the crosshead pin (4).
52) Attach the shackle (94019N, Fig. 14) to
an applicable position on the column.
53) Attach the manual ratchet (94016-015)
to the chain (94325) and the shackle
(94019N).
54) Apply tension to the manual ratchet
(94016-015).
55) Use the manual ratchet (94016-015) to
pull the crosshead pin (1) until the
guide shoe (2 or 3, Fig. 13) is clear.
