5) Loosen the screw plug (14, Fig. 2) to
drain the HP servo oil pipes (4, 10).
6) On the flange (2), loosen the four
screws (3).
7) Push down the flange (2) to get air into
the HP servo oil pipe (4).
After approximately one minute, the oil will
drain from the servo oil pipes.
2. Removal
CAUTION
Damage Hazard: Make sure
that you do not damage
the sealing faces or the HP
servo oil pipes.
1) Remove the four screws (12) from the
flange (13).
2) Move the flange (13) up.
3) Remove the four screws (9) from the
flange (8).
4) Remove the two screws and nuts (7)
from the intermediate piece (11).
5) Carefully remove the HP servo oil
pipe (10).
6) Apply protection to the sealing
faces (SF) to prevent damage.
7) Remove the four screws (5) from the
flange (6).
8) Move the flange (6) away from the
intermediate piece (11).
9) Remove the intermediate piece (11).
10) Remove the four screws (3) from the
flange (2).
11) Move the flange (2) down.
12) Carefully remove the HP servo oil
pipe (4).
13) Apply protection to the sealing
faces (SF) to prevent damage.
