Adjustments and Calibrations
Transfer Power (Simplex Pass)
Function
Adjusts the 2nd image transfer output (ATVC) on single-sided pages for each
paper type.
Use
Use when the transfer failure at the trailing edge occurs.
Adjustment Range
-8 to +7 (default is 0).
Adjustment Instructions
To increase the ATVC value (in the direction of a foggier image), decrease the
setting value.
To decrease the ATVC value (in the direction of a less foggy image), increase the
setting value.
Procedure
1. Select Transfer Power and press the OK button.
2. Select Simplex Pass and press the OK button.
3. Select desired media type with the up Up and Down Arrow buttons, and then
press the OK button.
4. Select desired setting value with the Up and Down Arrow buttons, and then
press the OK button.

Function
Adjusts the 2nd image transfer output (ATVC) on duplexed pages for each paper
type.
Use
Use when the transfer failure at the trailing edge occurs.
Adjustment Range
-8 to +7 (default is 0).
