Control Logic detected a fatal failure in the Marking software.
Procedure
Turn the printer power Off, then On. The problem continues.

Return to Service Call Procedures.
Again, turn the printer power Off, then On. Perform the job again.
004-350 Marking Device Fail (Controller Video)
Failure occurred in controller video.
Procedure
NOTE: An auto-reset should be underway.
If the problem continues, turn the printer power Off, then On.
If the problem continues, perform Service Diagnostics.
