There is curl present; perform the following:
1. Adjust the paper curl by using the decurler controls on the top of the Interface
Module or Interface Cooling Module.
2. If the output has not improved, adjust the paper curl again.
3. If the output still has not improved, call the Customer Support Center.
HCS Specifications
The High Capacity Stacker (HCS) is available in Single or Dual combinations with
unload-while-run capability. The HCS includes one removable cart for offline finishing;
additional carts available.

5,000 sheet offset stacking; 7.2 x 8.3 in. up to 13 x 19.2
in. (B5 LEF to SRA3). 52–350 gsm coated / uncoated
500 sheet top tray up to 13 x 19.2 in.

HCS Media Guidelines
Stacker Tray / Cart will accept 52-350 gsm (either coated or uncoated stock) with
the possibility of degraded stock quality and increased jam rate for stocks that are
heavier than 300 gsm.
Transparencies may be run to either the Top Tray or the Stacker Tray / Cart. Stack
height should be limited to 100 transparencies.
Coated paper lighter than 100 gsm may not run as reliably as coated paper heavier
than 100 gsm.
Non-standard papers longer than 305 mm (12 in.) in the feed direction require 210
mm (8.3 in.) minimum measurement across the feed direction.
Non-standard papers shorter than 254 mm (10 in.) in the cross-feed direction require
330 mm (13 in.) minimum measurement in the feed direction.
