1. Fan the paper to eliminate
paper adhesion (especially
in high humidity or high
temperature environments).
2. For 1-Tray OHCF (only):
Ensure that both Paper
Weight Switches are set
correctly; the switches are
located on paper tray.
3. Check the position of Skew
Adjustment Levers. The
levers should be retracted.;
refer to Skew Adjustment
Levers (Trays 6 and 7).
4. Replace the tray feed rolls
(feed, retard, nudger); refer
to Replacing the OHCF Feed
Rolls (Trays 6 and 7).
5. If problem still persists,
contact the Customer Sup-
port Center.

The OHCF fault codes below may pertain to a specific tray of the feeder. If you experience
these fault codes frequently, you should follow the procedure on how to replace the
feed rolls (Replacing the Bypass Tray Feed Rolls for the OHCF (Trays 8 and 9) and
Replacing the OHCF Feed Rolls for the OHCF (Trays 8 and 9)).
