Print
The Print option enables you to print
configuration pages, or to send a print
ready job such as a PDF or PostScript file
to the printer over the internet. You can
send the job from your desktop or from a
remote location.
Print Configuration Pages
To print a Configuration Page:
1. Ensure Print Configuration Pages is
selected in the Print menu on the left.
2. Select the configuration page
required, Printer Configuration Page or Network Configuration Page.
3. Select the print button.
The selected configuration page will be printed on the machine.
File Download
To send a print ready job to the printer:
1. Select File Download from the Print
menu on the left.
2. Enter the path and file name of the
job requiring printing, or use the
Browse option to locate the file.
3. If the job is confidential, select the
Secure Print check box and enter a
secure print ID between 4 - 10 digits.
Confirm the ID.
The ID entered will be required to
release and print the job at the
printer.
4. Select the print button to send the job
to the printer over the internet.
The job will be printed on the machine.
